Is a Ship repair & Vessel Construction Company with more than 50 years experience in the marine ship building and repair of quality service.

The Company has been running more than 50 years, ever since it was first established by the great Uncle AbdelRahman ElBadaoui 1952. Following along his lines, and with a will of self-betterment, the company is currently being given a new impulse by the father to the son forming the third generation.

The Company’s ethical-professional principles have been handed down from father to son through a set of values that make day-to-day fulfillment surrender to the purposes of self-betterment, where the coveted future determines our present endeavors by means of a series of aesthetic and technical accomplishments that become transformed into the service and quality of adding the latest in equipment and machinery to make sure the vessel spends the minimum amount of time out of the water, ideals that are upheld and given a new impulse by the third generation in their volition to continue to improve at the service of the Customers.
